Shipping Policy – Wish&Balloons

We offer delivery and setup services across the GTA (Greater Toronto Area) for all balloon decorations and event setups.

Delivery Details:

• Service Areas: GTA and surrounding regions

• Delivery Fees: Calculated based on location and order size

• Setup & Takedown: Included for full event decor packages

Pickup Options:

• Self-Pickup: Available for select balloon arrangements (by appointment only)

• Pickup Location: Provided upon confirmation

Damages & Liability:

• Once delivered, we are not responsible for damage caused by weather conditions, improper handling, or venue restrictions.

• Balloons should be kept in a cool, dry place away from sharp objects to maintain quality.
